Saddle Fit for Owners Course

Are you struggling to find someone skilled and able to assess your saddle and discuss proper saddle fit? Are you concerned that all the saddle fitters will tell you that your saddle doesn't fit so they can sell you something new? Want to learn more and be better educated about horse welfare, horse back health, and how the ridden horse should be tacked up? 

We wrote this course because we saw the frustration and distrust in the marketplace. The consumer has a right and a duty to know and understand proper anatomical conformation and how their tack effects the horse. An educated rider is an empowered rider and we want our riders and owners to be able to protect their horse and their horses back health by choosing saddles that fit and making the best tack choices when they have to make a change. 

This course is brand agnostic. We don't advocate for or against any brand, we discuss the construction and inner workings of saddles and how or why they may fit or not fit a particular horse's anatomy.. We discuss back and body health, and how to properly build strong protective and proper muscling so that your horse can carry a rider safely. We will address behavior issues that are related to saddle fit and pain. We will teach you how to look at a saddle and understand the components so that you can best meet your comfort needs and your horses comfort needs.
